Billing basics

  • Plans: Choose your plan based on whether you need hosting only or a full development workflow.
    • Playground (free)
    • Host User ($5/user/mo)
    • Dev User ($10/user/mo)
  • Cadence: Monthly billing managed in‑app; upgrade/downgrade anytime.
  • Invoices/receipts: Generated by the Stripe and available through the Stripe Billing Portal. The link can be found in the app navigation.

Seats and organizations

  • Collaboration: Slater supports team collaboration on projects. Seat and role specifics vary by plan; see the pricing page and features.
  • Working across clients: Agencies can organize multiple Webflow projects and publish per‑environment.

Trials, upgrades, downgrades

  • Free to start: Use Playground to evaluate.
  • Upgrading: Switch plans in‑app; features and limits update immediately.
  • Downgrading/canceling: Manage via billing; access continues through the paid term. If you need help preserving hosted files during plan changes, contact support.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations: Self‑serve through the billing page.
  • Refunds: Slater does not provide refunds. Email jared@edgarallan.com to request an exception.

FAQs

  • Can I pay yearly? Reach out to jared@edgarallan.com for non-standard pricing.
  • Can I move a project between organizations? Yes, you can send a project to another team.
  • What happens if I use my 3 free projects? Slater will not allow you to create new projects after you have created 3 projects even if you delete a project.
